it feels really, really good. espesh when u feel like dying or tense or confused. it doesnt hurt at all. it takes ur mind off of what is going on inside of u. i figured out why it temperarly lifts u up: when u get injured or get cut, ur body releases endophines to heal up. endorphines cause you to get happy or slightly high. u receive LOTS of endorphines when u exercise.
maybe if i exercised, i would be happy and would look great instead of scratchy.
