Society, as a whole, can suck my bollocks
Hello MB,
long time no see eh?
Are you well? Yes? How lovely for you.
I am writing this on behalf of every 16 year old in England. To quote The Holloways, so this is Great Britain? What is so great here?
Y'see, I used to pride myself on seemingly being the only under-16 year old to never have smoked. Everyone brags about doing it, and I avoided the simpletons and opted out of every chance I had to do so. Then I reached my sixteenth birthday and decided to give it a try. So I did, and I quite enjoyed it. In fact, in a world where being on a high is exactly what you need just to get by (that will be a song lyric soon I guarantee it) smoking was a comfort to me.
However, with my passport photo being laughable and me being too lazy to search for any other form of ID, I am struggling to get any ciggies from anywhere. The emo kid behind the counter smirked at me as I put all my heart into blagging a pack of Marlboro Light from him, but unfortunately I am left here. Nicotine free.
I called him a stupid emo **** then left the premises. On my way home, I realised... this is all that living is about, isn't it? Belittling others, making yourself feel better. The emo deciding to laugh at me to make up for his inadequacies, then me mocking him to make myself feel better about the whole situation.
Bitterness! A lack of equality! These are the only things that power the human race. Bitterness powered me to write this message. So did a feeling of inadequacy.
Maybe this is the meaning of life? Well if it isn't, it certainly feels like it right about now.
