Isn't speak, hable but don't speak is somthing different? If someone could give an example with any verb that would be helpful.

you can attach pronouns and nouns to three forms of verbs, passive progressive, commands, and infintives
I'm eating cheese
soy comiendo queso
soy comiendolo. The lo at the end of comiendolo takes the place of the word cheese
Eat your cheese
come su queso
comelo
Lo, la, los, and las literally mean it or those. Depending on the context
