Answer: Emo has a
sound. Apparently this applies to lots of styles of music.
Strange as it might seem, some people like to classify music by how it sounds. I hardly believed this either when somebody first told me. Apparently, when people are playing music you're meant to base a lot of your opinions on that music from how it
sounds. Crazy theory, if you ask me.
I mean, I was always pretty convinced that Boyzone, Tom Lehrer and Lois Armstrong were all in the same musical category, as they all wore suits. Likewise, Limp Bizkit must've been drum'n'bass because they wore big trainers, the Chilli Peppers and The Pussycat Dolls are the same style because they like taking their clothes off and Nirvana and Hanson go in the same category because they had blond lead singers.
Makes perfect sense.
