Why do you think he's cheating?
have you met his friends or family or both?
does he inclued you in his life outside of the sexual things?
does he only say sweet things right before sex and or during.. then leave the room afterwords?
does he still talk about a future with you?
were you easy going into the relationship?
would you drop anything to do something for him if he asked.. or even if he didn't?
are you the one that seems to care about his needs more so then your own?
is this relationship starting to come between other parts of your life?
why did you and your parents fight about him?
does he hang out with other women?
does he make plans with you, or you with him.. the he cancels?

anyways depending on these answers you could be going out with a jerk or a normal guy..
just ask yourself those questions and see what your answers are and you should be able to figure things out from there.

and if you answer them bad.. then you have emotional problems and thats probably why you always end up with the jerk.
