did you shave it? get shaving-bump-cream or whatever it's called. my mom got my dad that for a christmas stocking stuffer once. ha. for his face though.... but I'd imagine it'd work.
But for the hurts to pee thing, that's probly a bladder infection. Drink lots of cranberry juice, flushes out the kidney's and clears the infection up.
