similar artists?
i've liked jazz (fusion/funk) music for a while now but i've always had trouble finding more/good artists. what i like and listen to right now are, let me just say that i like the sound of b3 organ
-Medeski Martin and Wood
-John Scofield
-Jeff Beck (early stuff = jazz/funk guitar)
-Soulive
-Jimmy Smith
-Herbie Han****
-Frank Zappa (Hot Rats cd)
-Charles Earland
-Beastie Boys (they're instrumental is amazing and jazzy, it has b3 organ etc.)
-Joshua Redman (Momentum cd)
also, many people have reccomended The Bad Plus, but i don't like them at all
