You know, I actually thought you were a girl - but changed it to boy to be safe. However, I cannot for the life of me think why that would be more safe. I thought you were a girl if it is any consolation.

I read the link, and well. . . it kinda supports some of what I said in regards to African Americans. To sum up paragraph 1 line 6, the EP granted slaves in Confederate territory not under Union control freedom.
To say that the EP granted salves freedom is thus a lie because not all slaves in the US were granted freedom.
Bungalow, you may question my education but don't ever question my ability to read.

It did give some Africans and African Americans freedom. It literally says, "Slaves" in the EP. And some slaves were Africans and African Americans - so yes, in fact, it did emancipate some of these people. As for all of them, which you and I have stated now... were not freed by this, and had to be freed by local gov'ts.

I was talking about your 9/11 comment. I don't think that the Japanese attack was a terrorist attack. If you think it was just, that is your opinion - and I also agree that it was a necessary evil.

You were born in America and raised in the American culture. Whether you like it or not, where you were raised speaks volumes for everything that you do and do not- think, say or the way that you act.
