Thats pretty funny.

I like both artists, but it's not the first time the Chilis have been accused of plagarism. A couple earlier songs of theirs have skated on thin ice, off the Californication and By the Way albums.

Tom Petty doesn't seem like the kind of guy to follow through with this sort of thing.
