Erm, i'm gonna take it out of the dictionary.

They're addressing political issues, they certianly are a group. Therefore they have a political agenda yes, they may not be trying to create some giant political movement. But they are trying to get something political across. They follow the definition exactly for them, "a set of issues being addressed by a group". You can't say they aren't addressing issues, the lyrics prove the yare. Its a political agenda,
