I heard a comedy routine, really similar to that.
"So, lets say you get in a car accident and you're smoking pot. You're only going five miles an hour!"
"So lets say you're at a concert and someones getting rowdy, are they drunk or high?"
"DRUNK!"
"Wow, we all know the truth"
and so on.
