Isn't that the same with all blues harmonicas though? You can bend notes by drawing at a certain angle, but this is really better used as an effect rather than actually using it to play a different key. I think that most harmonica players get a big set of harmonicas, which they take around in a carry-case, so that they can play properly in a range of keys. Sticking to a few keys, with one harmonica, isn't really a problem though is it? Its doesn't mean that the songs can't still have a load of chord changes.
