But the two movies I saw in a theater and do remember people walking out on were 'Blue Velvet' and 'Wild at Heart' both of which also happen to be by David Lynch.  |
Yeah, Lynch has that effect on a lot of people
I saw Blue Velvet and Wild At Heart at theaters as well. I took a hiatus from Lynch after the latter of the two--it was getting too much like "freaky for the sake of being freaky." The next thing Lynch did that I saw was The Straight Story. I didn't think he could pull off a good G rated movie. But he did.
