That's from the 'Big Beat' album which was their first album after the glam trilogy. It was a more American sounding recording with a new band behind them. Two of the songs were featured in the disaster film "Rollercoaster" along with an appearance by the band.
Hilly Michaels was a key member of the band and they almost landed Mick Ronson on guitar but didn't. Hilly and Mick Ronson would work together in a couple years with Ian Hunter.
The follow up album by Sparks (Introducing Sparks) was in the some spirit and was a total flop. At this point Sparks basically ditched everything and went in a new direction and more or less invented synth pop with "No. 1 Song In Heaven".
