There are many issues at stake.
Your claim is always about the victimization of trans people. To listen to you, they're uniquely vulnerable (this emphasis is of course not unique to you: like everything you say, it's a canned activist talking point wheeled out every time, including in the UK, where J.K. Rowling lives). Let's talk about that for a moment.

Thus it would appear that the vulnerability of sex workers in Latin America is what we should be talking about. It's a hugely complex social issue having to do with plenty of things from the consequences of the ****ing disastrous US War on Drugs to corrupt police forces to the inherent dangers of street prostitution to, obviously, prejudice against gender nonconforming people in Latin America.
How do you address those? Not a clue. But the stuff J.K. Rowling talks about in the British context has nothing to do with any of that. You won't improve the conditions of sex workers in Brazil by letting bepenised folx into women-only rape crisis centers in Greater Manchester. Neither by prescribing puberty blockers to teenage girls uncomfortable with their bodies. Etc.
