What was up with the guy in Beau’s apartment who falls into the bathtub? Who was he? Why was he there? Why did he look so scared of Beau? One interpretation is that Beau actually killed the tattoo guy who was dialing 911 and so bathroom guy was afraid of Beau. If that interpretation seems wack I don’t know how else to view that scene

The man at the play who says he knew Beau’s father. What the heck?

“Stop incriminating yourself”. On second viewing I noticed a lot more regarding the suburban couple that ‘adopts’ Beau. They were working for Mona I believe. There’s a brief moment where he hear Grace on the phone and she says something about “that wasn’t part of the deal” and then right after that is when Grace seems to try and help Beau out and tells him about the TV channel.

Speaking of the TV channel, my best guess is that it’s suggesting how everything Beau does, has done, and is going to do is all planned out ahead of time by his mother. Seems like a sound conclusion. Interesting concept, you could make a whole movie out of just that creepy TV channel

To what extent was the sex encounter with Elaine planned by his mother? Elaine said she doesn’t work for Mona anymore. But like, all of that sequence was weird to me. The final ~45 minutes of the movie is the only part I don’t absolutely adore unfortunately
