Really nice books, ISB. If I had been in that Rust Belt Bookshop before you, I might have bought those same four books myself.
I have a special affection for War Of The Worlds, because I am familiar with the places where the action plays out, starting with Horsell Common:-

And do we need any excuse to watch again one of the coolest title sequences in t.v. history:-
