I hadn't heard of Riot Grrrl until this thread came to fruition, and I recently saw this pop up on my feed:

The Riot Grrrl Movement Introduced Me To Feminism. And I Wasn't The Only One.

I skimmed through it a bit. I've heard Bikini Kill and a few others and grew up with bands like Girlschool and The Runaways (Lita Ford, etc.), but never dug into it much as I've always been solely interested in guitar.
