I wasn't big on AC/DC either, especially since their fans at the time of their heyday were contemptuous of the bands I liked. One smart mouth screamed that Bowie sucks when he passed me once (I was wearing a Bowie T-shirt).
But as the years have passed, I've come to appreciate AC/DC as a really good hard rock band. Yeah, I'm a little more partial to the Bon Scott years. Also interesting that Angus and George Young were childhood friends with Harry Vanda of Easybeats fame. Needless to say the Easybeats sound nothing like AC/DC.
