At most I was doing 3 days of weights in the gym, an hours cardio and my 10K steps a day and I didn’t have time for much else in a week
I cancelled my gym membership because my car has been off the road more this year than it has been on it and it was a total waste of money. I am joining my local council gym which is walking distance from my house so it won’t matter now if my car is off the road

. I have also been cycling most places because of this as well so at least I’ve still been doing something.
