Infections? Are you getting infections because you're scratching so hard you break the skin? Or is it from a buildup up dead skin cells and sh
it? Have you tried nothing and you're all out of ideas? Need more info, this could be a lot of things - general irritation to fungal or bacterial infections... It's a process of elimination, really. I know I'm going to regret it but can you post a picture?
