It's called warning - may affect people with photosensitive epilepsy!
Not a laughing matter I know; some people could be affected adversely by such a picture. I just don't see what it's meant to convey. Makes no sense to me, but in fairness I would actually throw a spoiler around it with a warning to those susceptible.
