dozens of people killed themselves because of Kurt decision to end his own life for months following his death in April 1994.

I believe the murder theories sprung up in an effort to dissaude kids from killing themselves like their hero, and believe it or not, it was happening all over the place.

thats the tragedy in what Kurt did. He took his own life, and his fans who looked up to him who may have been unstable, also killed themselves in an effort to run from lifes problems.

I dont know if Kurt thought about that prior to killing himself, but I do believe it would sadden him to know that his decision to commit suicide, impacted countless other lives and families because of who he was and the influence he had over people. there are people visiting the graves of their children, who are dead, simply because Kurt Cobain said life sucked. thats ****ing the real tragedy of Kurt Cobain.
i like you...

I've heard a lot about the way his fans reacted to the news of his death. I think there are more reasons for all the sucides then meets the eye.

my thoery:

kurt had a troublesome life and maybe his fans thought that where he had this what seemed to be 'perfect famous life' that his depression and all his fears would go away... that the hurt would fade into nothingness. when in actual fact it can only be covered up and in kurts case not for long, then he killed himself (and or was murder *cough*). when he died, and some of his fans reacted with the same sort of idea, 'i think some of them killed themselves because they also have troubled lives and thought well if he had a bad life and had fame and all the money in the world along with love from people all over the country and the world and still was unhappy with himself and with life then what the **** am i doing here clearly things aren't going to get better if they didn't for him'. and other people were just werid (yes weird) for killing themselves just for the simple fact that he did it.
