Nobody doesn't like pie. Looks delicious!
I made chili for the first time ever as we're doing a chili cook-off for todays football watching. I used standard ingredients except for a half bottle of Modelo Negro a bit of cinnamon and just a touch of cream cheese. I infused the meat with the spices, and I'm also going to infuse some garlic into some sour cream topping for it along with fresh cut scallions. It's pretty good as is, so I might have a chance at winning. The toppings should put me over the... top. lol
The funny thing is, there's only going to be 2 entries and only 2 of us judging and one of us is vegetarian.
