1. Which do you prefer, and why?
100% city guy, which is why I enjoyed your "Contraflow" selection, rostasi
2. If you were able to switch (country to city/city to country) would you?
The Lake District is the only rural area I have ever been tempted to move to.
3. What do you like best about where you are (city or countryside)?
It's no coincidence that the word civilization comes from the Latin word for city. Things I like about cities:-
i) public transport
ii) museums, and other buildings that have architectural ambitions beyond keeping cows dry in winter.
iii) eating with cutlery
iv) your first sexual experience doesn't have to be with a goat
v) the chance to marry someone other than your cousin
4. And what do you hate about it?
City centers can feel suffocating at times, cue "Summer In The City" or:
Badly designed suburban fringes aren't very interesting either.
5. If you were/are living in the country, what animal would you adopt to be your friend/pet?
6. What do you think is your most important responsibility in the city or country (wherever you live)?
In hopes of not alienating Psy-Fi completely, I'm happy to agree with his good advice: "Respecting my neighbours" .
I also liked Cuthbert's down-to-earth answer too: "Put your litter in the bin and support your local team."
