I'm not ducking responsibility I'm saying you're inflating said responsibility. It's possible I could "lose the covid lotto" as you say but that's a negligible enough risk that I was willing to gamble on on a one time basis. If the gamble backfired and people got sick as a result I accept that would've been my fault and I'd have felt responsible. Not sure what else you want me to say... Sometimes I am willing to take risks. The very nature of taking a risk is that it could potentially backfire.
