He could phrase it “poor people” or “communities of color” either way if you live in the hood and they provide an easy access sliding scale clinic with social workers on the premises that’s a good thing whatever your skin tone. I’m not ashamed to want healthcare too. Damn. They built a new community clinic close to where I live and it’s been a godsend.
