Do you have to be anywhere today? Try to do something nice for yourself. Maybe have a relaxing bath with some scented candles or bath bombs, then get dressed into nice clean clothes, new socks. Have a hot drink. Perhaps you could shave your head or trim your beard, something to give yourself a bit of extra pizzazz and make you feel a bit better.
