I think trying to pretend to turn the movie into a statement
against sexualizing children was just a way to make an excuse to sexualize children. I don’t think the uncomfortable scenes (that ran throughout the entire film practically) tarnish the point of the movie because I think the real point of the movie was to sexualize children to tantalize the audience and generate buzz.
