Roe v Wade is absolutely under threat but it's done a **** job in the first place and has put us in a catch-22 where legalizing abortion/illegalizing intentional restriction of abortion access on a federal level would be brought to the supreme court, risking a flip of the script where pro-choice laws are explicitly prohibited.
