It's not even a grind mentality necessarily. Some jobs just suck more than others.
It's like if you live in a ****ty apt with **** neighbors etc and someone is like "ever think of looking for a different place?" and you're like "no point. I'm sure I won't be happy anywhere."
You only know one type of job so have no frame of reference to even compare it by. Imo.
