Either way - Trump has a dangerous teams of lawers lined up. And, if the Democrats cheated and they find evidence of it (and let's be honest, both sides probably do a little cheating every election - the degree to which they both cheat is the question), you can bet his lawyers will line up a tough case and it'll be looked at by somebody. Lower courts could still make a decision that sways the election one way or the other.
In the meantime, both sides will be engaging in a battle of information warfare. Victory is far from assured for either side. Even if Joe Biden wins Nevada/Arizona today, Trump will not be conceding any time soon.
It's possible that mail-in votes explain the huge voter turnout, but it does seem a little strange to me that Joe Biden, a guy who could barely get 100 people to show up at his rallies and had markedly lower enthusiasm than Trump voters, could garner more votes than 2008 Obama, who had huge enthusiasm from voters. Again though, mail-in votes and hatred of Trump could explain it.
