Yes, thinking about it, you're right. With the solar panels and green roof there's a lot going on, but the roof slab looks suspiciously slim: no false ceiling to hide ducts, and not much evidence of stairs, toilets, etc.

Here's a building that did definitely get built: Niteroi Art Museum in Rio de Janeiro:-



Architect Oscar Niemeyer is best known for his part in the design of Brasilia, a city that brought him both fame and criticism, as the planned Utopia turned into something of a dystopia and as public opinion moved against that kind of huge, overbearing city plan. Even so, the place now has Unesco Heritage status and some cool buildings too - but thank god, I don't have to live there.
