As far as testing positive goes, if you've ever had a coronavirus at all, you will test positive... unless you actually have COVID-19 wherein you may get a negative result when you take a test. Also, the only reason that "tHe NuMbErS r GoInG uP" is because they count e v e r y o n e who has contact with someone who gets a positive test result as a new "probable" case.
