Regis and Surgeon are back again, all but abandoning the dark techno sound they helped kindle. An actual album after 2 decades of EPs, and it's more a dark ambient homage to acts like Coil, and Current 93 with 2 Lou Reed Covers thrown in towards the end. Holy ****, what even is this?
