I do genuinely care about what everyone posts, I just don't mind most of the posts. I guess I look at things in a pragmatic way: I intervene either when I genuinely mind (which very rarely happens) or when I think posts are causing escalation. That's why, when someone posts something pretty rude which I think will just pass without a quarrel I'm like 'meh' but when a bunch of people are participating in a discussion that is escalating I tell them to stop, even when some of them are acting ok. I tend to shrug things off, I won't pretend I don't. I know it's different for you and that's cool, I really admire your way of looking at things.
