I can't be sure of the influence but this totes sounds like a less amateurish version of an ICP song off Ringmaster or Riddle Box. Probably just a general 90s Detroit horrorcore throwback flow and I just don't listen to enough of it to not just hear it as OG ICP. But damn if it don't sound like it.
