From what I'm reading you need to make at least $23k to get the $1200.
It's based on 2018 taxes.
I wouldn't qualify and would most likely get half according to what I'm reading.
Which is why the Dems blocked it and even some Republicans opposed it with Mitt Romney, of all people, saying it punishes the poor.
