There's a ****-ton of hot food, even canned food, you can make without having to eat that crap. Beans or chickpeas are a great thing, just fry them in a pan a bit, with some vegetables/eggs/spices whatever and you have a cheap, warm, quick meal that won't **** over all your little diet plans.
