It's thick, sweet, and if you buy the wrong ****, it can get chalky with all the preservatives and crap. It's made with eggs if you make it like it's supposed to, but who tf knows what Deans foods or whoever else makes it puts in theirs. I made the mistake of buying some new Southern Comfort brand of bull**** when I should have gone with Oberweis.
