That sounds wonderful in all but last time I steamed the broccoli, only long enough until I was finished pouring carrots in a bowl, blending berries, and cutting apples. so like 5 mins. and it was still raw and gave me stomach ache :/ but filled me up completly, which is why I bought again

Ill steam for like 10 mins, but roasting would take like 20 mins or longer probably

I seasoned them with garlic powder and i think that was bad because it was a weird taste i think. at least i think it was that. ill spray more olive oil spray this time
