Yeah man that stuff is hard to digest - are you eating it raw? You could try getting enzymes to aid in digestion but there is value in a diet with variation. No one vegetable is getting you all the nutrients you need. Not even carrots

I get these at trader joes, i usually chew two if I've had a lot of raw vegetables in a salad or something. They help but not as much as understanding your metabolism! Your stomach aches because it doesn't know why you're punishing it with so much fiber lmao
