Mark Hamill is excellent in both of them, can never get enough of his Joker, and both movies had great set-ups, he's the villain that always seems to make The Bats pay a price, even when he loses he still wins, the stakes are higher because some lasting damage is always done

The other top tier animated Batman film is Under the Red Hood, highly recommended
