Yeah like I said middle class culture raises people to be like this. You can't just be satisfied with yourself, you have to be satisfied with at least your parents' quality of life and that means being someone who is as inoffensive as possible and who can put on a suit or business casual attire and project as little personality as possible so employers and clients won't have anything but the things they want from you projected onto them.
