Correct, it's Robert Hegyes and his character's name was
"Juan Luis Pedro Felipo de Huevos Epstein." I knew he was a Sweathog, but I had to look up his name. I am surprise that Frownland knew about "Welcome Back, Kotter." I see Frownie more into something like Robot Chicken or Aqua Teen Hunger Force or Danger 5 (every episode included the tagline
