I share what I'm comfortable sharing, but I do make sure it's nothing that could be used as ammunition against me, or if it can, it's at least something that won't devastate me (f.ex batty's fun game where he eggs on my eating disorder).
This thread is supportive in the way that a room full of addicts can commiserate over shared experiences but with no structure or professional understanding of the disease it can do more harm than good.
