Oatmeal a la Plank:
Ingredients- 1/2 small apple (I like Fuji's)
- 1 cup of oatmeal
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup milk
- 4-5 tbsp honey
- 1 dash of cinnamon
Instructions- Dice the apple in a bowl and add the oatmeal and water.
- Heat in microwave for 2 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
Breakfast is served.
