I honestly haven't listened to either one so it's hard to say.
I know that the Outlawz ruined any pac track they appeared on, and I know that I also didn't enjoy the track you posted from KMK. But that's basically all I know.
I guess for the sheer novelty factor I would rather listen to KMK.
