Over here it's been ridiculous as well. Our spring was just a summer with moderate days sprinkled in. I legit don't think I've ever seen a spring where I live that so ignored the concept of being spring. It was winter, then it was summer.
If I have to sit through another discussion with my right wing family about how "well every four years there's a hot year" I'm gonna punch them all in the face and then apologize to my beloved grandmother as she's laying in a pool of her own blood.
