i hope CAN are considered as huge as they should be considered, everywhere in the world. i thought they definitely were, until i read a big article- i think it was on pitchfork. it was when they re-released their entire catalog and it said something like "lets hope they ll get the attention they deserve etc etc". after that i am not sure about how are they viewed by US listeners, artists etc.

in the tape we got a track from the period Damo Suzuki was with them on vocals, probably their most celebrated period. its 1972 the record is Ege Bamyasi and the track's called spoon.
